In Battlegrounds do your best to stick to the objectives of the Battleground instead of Fighting in middle of nowhere and dont be afraid to ask for help in Chat.

Honest version of this would be though:
In battlegrounds you want to fight in the middle ingoring objectives, unless you want to be endlesly ganked alone shouting “Inc Lumbermill! Hjalpl!!!”

Stopping your DPS rotation to interrupt important casts make mobs die faster and smoother, not the contrary.
