has anyone else notice when you use hemotoxin and use shiv while the debuff is on the target that you have any stacks of wounding poison on the wounding poison debuff goes to 0%

Just use deadly poison instead of wound. No need for both
Hemotoxin is working as intended. You’re still better off running wound poison over deadly so you can maintain pressure otherwise you have no pressure outside of shiv
Probably a tooltip bug, but I think it’s because hemotoxin and wound does not stack, that’s why wound shows 0%, but thats only my though.

That is indeed the correct explanation. The strongest MS effect present on the target takes precedence and the other goes to 0% as long as both are on the target.
A funny detail, Wound is twice as powerful in PvE so if you hit a dummy with WM on and Hemotoxin as a talent and stack your wound up to 48% then use Shiv, Hemotoxin reduces healing by 0% as it is no longer the strongest MS.
