I’m looking for a group ready to do this before Shadowlands patch.

I believe the forum community was thinking of doing this. Although I think they are doing it on the Horde but levelling up a character is pretty quick.
Fortune Favoured had plans, failing that some of the achievement discords run them from time to time.

They do other runs too, like achievements and AotC runs for both factions.
