Herbalism maxed: what to do with unused khaz algar herbalism knowledge?

Hey there
As the title said: I finally maxed out my TWW herbalism. What can I do with the khaz algar herbalism knowledge I continue to gather on plants?

It just accumulates atm. They’ve not put in a vendor for it like we had in DF.

Does it matter in about 6-8 months the expansion is gonna be over and the whole shenanigans of knowledge collecting starts over.

It could be cool to be able to use them as resources for some vendors.

It would only be useful for like couple of months tho and negatively impact wow economy, so from that standpoint its only really useful to save gold rather to make gold the later you wont really make a difference you be selling more for same amount of gold you would get now but with less.

I have not maxed it out yet. I think we could use some serious catch-up mechanism for the knowledge system because it is a massive timesink. I’m still levelling Dragonflight herbalism too, as I picked this profession up recently, but I do not feel like picking up more professions with alts, it is so time consuming.

I wonder how do you manage to keep up with all those professions, Puny.

I do not enjoy the knowledge system at all. There are far too many points. I mostly have to stay on top of weekly tasks with addons.

With gatherer/crafter knowledge, I don’t quite understand…what’s the issue here?
I mean, yes, it’s “currency” going to “waste”, but onther other hand…it’s basically more like XP than a currency.
We don’t go out and farm knowledge, we just get it like XP and at some point we max out.

So, I don’t really see this

as an issue, or to be necessary to add yet another vendor.
Why not just ignore it? :dracthyr_shrug:

Be nice if you could convert excess KP into warbound KP items for alts. Even if it’s a 2:1 conversion… better than nothing.

The “catch up” is hardly a catch up for some professions, like Alchemy where you’re stuck to the amount of work orders on offer than only rotate twice a week. Where as Enchanting you can just keep disenchanting indefinitely for the catch up KP item, epics give them 100%.
