Flying through the zones with this flying ability has made herbing feel like a jet fighting game instead of the stupidly mundane task it was before and i’m going to be so sad if it’s temporary

I will agree that the speed is sometimes ridiculous and they might do well to add some break feature, this is true… but otherwise there’s no comparison to flying in a circle collecting marrowroot, that made me fall asleep on my keyboard.

This funnily enough is one of the bits I really REALLy enjoy, the fact that it is quite hard to control it really adds to the immersion. I’m like herb, herb, herb, wooooooo there it goes.
But it makes me feel like I am riding something, living, something with soul, it’s not a vehicle, I don’t have total control and that brings so much life and energy…
It really does make exploration and open world content a joy!!
