I’m planning on Upgrade my Dwarf Mage to Lvl 50 but, will I still be able to get his heritage armor? It’s my first time leveling up a Dwarf but I don’t know if I will be able to get the heritage.

Yeah that should work. Only the allied races get blocked from the heritage “quest” if they’re boosted. My goblin unlocked the goblin heritage set, and he had at one point used the token I got with WoD.

You still need exalted with Ironforge iirc.

Allied Races don’t get a quest per se, they just unlock the armour at level 50 - if they’ve levelled normally.
For the normal races you need to be exalted with the home faction (so Ironforge for your dwarf). Easiest way to get this if needed is grab a tabard and run TBC heroic dungeons (do the ones with mounts for added chance at those).

Yeah, all you need is max rep for ironforge and to be level 50 or 60

Unsure. On the one hand, he’s dabbled with creatures of the void, which would be the exact opposite of xenophobia. On the other hand, he’s painting his skin pink to hide the fact that he did. Quite the conundrum.
