From the first time heritage armor was introduced Blizzard said that boosted characters won’t get the Heritage Armor but now with worgens getting their Heritage Armor, what if I boost a worgen now? will I get the Armor when it releases?
No, you will not. You need to level one to 110 without boosts to get the heritage armor quest.
