Heritage armor

Hello,

if I create an allied race and level it up to 50 through MoP remix, will I be able to claim the heritage armor and achievment in retail wow? Anyone tried?

Sorry, been a while since I leveled them. If I remember correctly now, they get it by hitting max level, right?

Yes, Blizz confirmed this somewhere. You can access the quest to get the Heritage armour once you are inserted into the wider world.
