Draenei one is based on original concept art, much like the nelf one was based on the original trailer, so it makes sense.
(Im just waiting for my pandaren set to arrive!).

Having waited so long for this, Iâm not sure exactly how I feel. I guess itâs not what I expected.
As a cloth caster, I wouldâve liked a robe. For general wear Ananda goes minimalist and usually just wears tight leggings, a short-sleeved shirt top with small bracers and belt. I realise the heritage set is supposed to be striking and for âbestâ wear but, for me, itâs too bulky ⌠and whatâs with those âbootsâ?
Yeah it may have been art commissioned for Blizz but not for the Heritage specifically. Though it looks so much better than what weâve got 
The troll one looks really good but the draenei one looks really, really bad.
In my opinion the troll set is going in the right direction and resembles a classic Shadow Hunter and donât mind itâs a bit more minimalistic.
Pros:
The long scarf is awesome. Pls donât shorten it.
The kilt/body wrap is very fitting.
Also the various wooden armor elements are nice.
Cons:
Loin cloth should be longer, especially for male.
Scarf should be moving to avoid clipping.
Gloves and shoes are very bland and need some structure like the shadow hunter in wc3 reforged.
In general the cloth parts needs more âvolumeâ e.g. thiccer 3D mesh.
Needs more color variants like the teal for Darkspear or the violett/lilac Senâjin one.

I think the shoulders/ helm are the worst offending items in the Draenei set. Fortunately it can be made better with other mog items! Ofc if they replaced the helm with Gift of Naaru that would be far better and not too much of a stretch to implementâŚ

I personally like the Shoulders. But yes, the Helmet is a big âwe recycled a legion modelâ moment.
Edit: Shame Lightforged Draenei canât wear the set (taking Velourias preset). Would look so dope!

With the cloth mask and some of the armor one can roleplay as a Amani troll (as Amani donât wear much armor as they fight like berserkers) until the customizations will come to the trolls. Making them bigger and buff. Or becomes allied race.
no its not shadow hunter. even my tmog is more shadow hunter present than this.
kilt/body wrap? no one any troll wears that.
wooden mask is okay but looks dumb. its not looks like voodoo savage style.and scarf location is very bad. it must start one ear to another ear and it must be under nose.
trolls dont like wear cloths. they just using armor and stuff for protection to limbs and intimade their enemies.
especially that glove and shoes are completely unnecessary. just some leather with bones or tiki mask or skulls are okay.
troll heritage armor must be 2 styles.
1 . leather armor set like volâjin almost naked (like blood troll set ) with mask.
2. cloth armor set with this mask and poncho.
and the most important thing is âwarglaiveâ
100x times better than heritage armor. i could accept this one with love if they add good mask and warglaive to set
almost all of trolls dont wear so much armor.
I meant of the heritage armor. Just the boots and leggings. maybe gloves. With the cloth rags Mask.

I actually like that they made Draenei armor to be the âmedium armorâ, and not some purple paladin set.
Im a fan of the draenei heritage set.
But the troll mask just makes me laugh.
