Since all heritage armors have their weapons designed but not ingame (lightforged weapons excluded because we get those as a reward for an achivement) I was wondering what do you guyz use as weapons transmog?
On my Mag har I use that Iron horde axe with berserking enchant and it matches pretty well the heritage.
What do you use for new blood elf armor?
What bow do you use for highmountain hunters?
What is your opinion on heritage weapons? Do you expect them being added to the game at some point? I sure hope so…
My Void Elf Warlock uses the Heritage Armor, and I pair it with a staff that drops from Hellfire Citadel, which fits perfectly (same purple void appearance).
It would be really cool if Heritage weapons were introduced. But I guess that’s a big task, so it would be a long-term project. I mean, there’s like a dozen different weapon types or more. It’s a lot of effort to create a specific appearance for each and every one, for each and every Heritage set.
But it would be cool!
Its not about design since those models exist already. Just google heritage weapons. There are tons of nightborne, voidelf weapons. All the lightforged weapons are already on the game as transmog. Same for blood elf weapons - there is a shield and a weapon allready made.
But as long as we cannot have them I wonder what weapon do you use to match those set. On my void elf warlock I use scull because dagger and scull have gold and purple and it matches pretty well.
There are some made already, which have been used for NPCs like guards and such.
For example, Void Elves have swords and shields, but fleshing the idea out Blizzard would also have to create fist weapons and crossbows and what not. It quickly becomes a big task I think.
But still, yeah, it would be cool. Hopefully it’s something Blizzard finds the time to do in the future at some point
