I recently noticed that all my Hero’s Path portal abilities from Challenge Mode and Mythic+ are gone from my spellbook on several of my character. All the affected were made and transferred from Remix and many of them have been deleted and restored at some point, so maybe that is why. The weird thing is that some of those characters (I made a lot of characters in remix btw) do have them. Level does not seem to have anything to do with it. Some level 70 have them. Some don’t. I have tried relogging and doing intro quests in TWW. Doesn’t help. How do I get them back?
I think your best option is open a ticket.
