Running my warrior upto 80, I’m trying both the Hero Talent tracks for Fury and frankly, I’d rather just put those talent points into the normal talent tree
One whole track on the Hero choices is based around Bladestorm, which Fury Warriors no longer have… Yeah, let us decide please

The whole point of hero talents is that they serve as modular components, extending the leveling experience in new expansions while allowing players to fully immerse themselves in their chosen class fantasy. If players were allowed to fill every slot without limitations, the meaningful decisions provided by the choice nodes in the specialisation talent tree would lose their significance, reducing the sense of customisation and personal identity within the game.
In an RPG, meaningful choice is at the core of the experience. It’s about making strategic decisions where you must give up something to gain something else. This balance is essential for maintaining depth and engagement. Players have already had the opportunity to fully populate the normal talent tree, so allowing them to do the same with hero talents points would undermine the entire concept of trade-offs and customization. Without that element of sacrifice, the richness of choice that defines RPGs would be lost, reducing the impact of player decisions.
I never said fill every slot, I said I’d rather use the Hero Talent points we got each level in the normal Talent Trees as neither hero spec works, ones based on Baldestorm, which Fury doesn’t have, the other is wholly around Thunderclap
Those ten Talent points I’d rather use on the normal tree is what I said
Yes, the additional ten points would easily fill the vast majority of the specialisation talent tree.
Don’t quite get why we even got 2 hero talent trees when it’s clearly in most cases designed with one spec in mind and the 2nd tacked on.

Fury does have it, it just isn’t widely picked by the sounds of it. Either way the hero talents are a wasted effort but still. Technicality.
Can bet my life that fury warrior has bladestorm back - or i wouldn’t be using it

I’m maining Prot Warrior and personally I think it has better than average Hero Talents. Mountain Thane makes Thunder Clap a more satisfying button. Colossus gives scope for some big chunky burst damage.
I haven’t tried Fury or Arms so I can’t comment on those, but compared to Prot Paladin, Bear Druid or VDH, I think Warrior did a bit better with Hero Talents.
Wait we do?
After losing it in Dragonflight I thought it was gone still cos my talents barely changed
Cheers for the heads up
But still, would rather use the Hero Talent points on the normal talent trees instead
Fury warriors has bladestorm u donkey
it’s like top dmg on meters
Well son of a Mechagnome, I never noticed it was back
(I was moving on the run up to the new expansion)
Basicly u pick between ravager or bladestorm now as fury warrior
Sweet, now if I had those 10 talent points not in the Hero talents, I could get it without respecing
I’ll have to look up which is better right now over Odyn’s Fury
Cheers for the heads up
The irony that bladestorm is thematically more fitting for Arms due to it’s blademaster roots.

I really dislike hero talents and warrior has the worst ones.
They’re forcing you to spec for certain abilities and go for a certain playstyle. Hero talents reverted talents back to how it was before. No freedom in customization.
:(
They should either put hero talents as a separate path in the last row of the standard spec tree or remove/change the talent requirements for optional talents such as in the warriors case; Thunder Clap, Bladestorm, Shockwave etc.
And since I’m already ranting about warrior hero talents: Why does the Slayer talents only affect Bladestorm and not Ravager?! I was so happy when Bladestorm became optional with the new talent tree and now I’m forced to spec for it again.
Damn it blizz, why…

Yeah, For Fury Left tree should have merged thunderclap and whirlwind.
Right tree shared with bladestrom or ravager.

Ye, such a simple change would make it a lot better.

I just wish there was some way of disabling the you have unused talent point indicator that obscures the bottom half of my bags. Its the only way you can avoid the annoying orange spheres over my head not to use hero talents.
Huh? Fury has bladestorm.
As was pointed out to me earlier
little late there
But as i also said, losing it for Dragonflight, and not having normal talent points this expansion, i hadn’t really looked further at the Warrior talents much since prepatch
