I bought shadowlands heroic edition i didn’t Receive a Character Boost with my Shadowlands Purchase. I need help.

edit: I solved with changed my pass, nice bug thanks blizzard.

Are you sure you do not have that circular button in your char screen?

There is a FAQ for that which includes advice like creating a new character to see if it refreshes your screen to prompt the boost.

If none of the advice works then only Customer Services will be able to help you via a ticket.

Sometimes depending on your payment type, it’s not instant.

I paid with blizzard balance i have shadowlands, i have game time, i havent a boost pfff i tried everyting logout create new char others.
