We’re Mad Cuz Bad, a WoW community that’s been going at it since the start of WoD. Our goal and mission has been the same since the start: Clear Heroic raid content as fast and as painlessly as possible.
We raid Wednesdays and Sundays 19.30 to 22.30 and we’re the kind of group that likes to come in prepared and ready to blast. If you’re of the same mindset, this might be for you.
Our idea is that since we all lead busy lives, be that work-related, game-related, or otherwise, none of us want to spend too much time progressing. That’s why we expect everyone to come into the progression side of raiding geared, motivated and knowledgeable. Ideally, we want to clear the newest heroic raid within the timeframe of a month from release, so you’ll be expected to do M+ for instance for some gear outside of raiding. Basically, we go semi-hardcore; meaning we don’t want to spend too much time in the raid, but the time we spend needs to be quality/hardcore. All of this may sound silly to do for a heroic raid, but it’s what we want to do. We don’t want to deal with a set roster of 20, and heroic is therefore a fine fit for us.
We don’t tolerate or want any toxic, egoistic, or vile behavior. That stuff will get you the boot quick. We’re all mature and whilst we have raid leads and “shot callers”, we also value input from everyone. Everything is dealt with in a nice manner.
Outside of raiding we have a community in game, but most of the community interaction takes place in our Discord. We do a lot of M+ as well and there’ll be plenty opportunity to help each other out with gearing.

Your advert pretty much describes my typical experience every WoW expansion release. I also have some comrades, we’ve been together for 15 years, that I can offer as a pool of additional available people. All great gamers, we’ve just not really prepared ourselves very well for this expansion.

I can’t find a group that doesn’t go until almost midnight server and I simply cannot stay up that late.
Raid is out tomorrow, so we’re kinda locking down the team.

Hi my name is Tom.
I work night shifts as a gas station attendant…which means I have time mostly in the afternoon.
Either Tuesdays and Wednesdays only or all days except the aforementioned (alternate weeks).
I’ve already done a full normal raid and achievement to go with it.
I have 387 ilvl gear and am playing Outlaw rogue from which I am currently writing this comment.
This week I only have time Tuesday and Wednesday and then Sunday. Next week it will be the other way around. And so it goes on and on.

I would love to join, I just got back into game and unfortunately don’t have that much time for raiding due to my work (sometimes I have to go away and are unable to play for a couple of weeks and sometimes I work late). Because of work I can’t raid with my guild anymore as they demand higher attendance than I can guarantee I however would love to raid again, if not in the mad cuz bad gang I’d love to join the phale phriday.
I’m also mostly playing M+ and if you don’t want me for any of the raiding teams I’d love to join the disco anyways just to get some M+s going!
