Heroic Vexiona still too hard

The main problem with this fight is that the adds have way too much health, and it’s non-stop waves of them. You barely kill the previous wave before a new one spawn. I mean even 470+ groups are struggling with this fight. It’s absurd.

Didn’t seem bad to me and I’m terrible

Gotta use the orb to help kill them or you know, get DPS that know what to do instead of going by ilvl.

The orb tank picks up, hurts adds. Also the big-purple dude hurts adds. Let the big dude live longer, or at least in mythic we keep him alive and abuse him against adds, so raid can focus single target on boss with moderate splash cleave.

This actually is, surprisingly, a single target fight. Or least we treat her so.

??? the adds melt tho

Vinzora struggles with a game mechanic, I’m shocked.

Never noticed any issues with vexiona. Only the fear in the last phase can be tricky, but usually not an issue if the group has more than 2 braincells between them

A shaman works too, when braincells go for a walk.

HC raid boosts are really cheap right now

Is this a serious post or a joke post?

If 470 groups are struggling then you are clearly doing it wrong. Use orb to kill adds. I really don’t understand why people ask for nerfs when they don’t even do tactics properly.

Idk, we never had the problem with adds since 455 ilvl, because you just cleave them down. If something kills, it is just RnG at the end, where you get feared and sometimes you get unlucky with it and get feared into poo. So basically it feels like one of those statistical raids, where you want to have full raid for last phase, just so that you could afford some deaths, that are unavoidable.

Theres no rng, you get feared if you arent grouped with another person. To avoid the fear the people with the circle debuff should move together.

No, this is NOT RNG. Unless your fellow raider is RNG, and you have a debuff and he has debuff and he runs far away from you with their speedboost.

possible. We did the grouping thing, yet we saw people getting feared.

I have always jested that biggest RNG in raids is you fellow raider and you are more likely killed by co-player than boss mechanics. But that has happened in our raids many times that 2 players with uneven speed get debuff and then run separately and end up getting feared… or tanks. Just that one tank rolls and other jumps and sometimes we forget that we have to ‘run’ not use any of the tricks.

Honest mistakes, haha.

But there is no visual thing, other than debuff icon?

Raid should run one direction, and tanks to other, and then there are (I think 2?) people who get the nasty goo debuff, which is a small circle around player. Those 2 people have to run separately from raid/tanks. Normally a random side ‘not stairs’ in most heroic tactics/positioning.

If your group of 470+ is struggling, you are doing it wrong or people are pulling really bad numbers. There are mechanics to deal with the adds but a good group should barely need them.

well yeah, that’s the point. If your group properly focusses the big add and your Tanks can play the beam properly, which isn’t THAT difficult, it’s fine.

Hmm interesting statement there, especially since most people would say that Vexiona on Mythic is too easy.

The adds die really fast even on Mythic so I can’t see how people who are 470+ would struggle to kill them on Heroic.
