Yo my fellow nerds!
So I’ve played WoW on and off since the halycon days of Vanilla. Throughout all of these stints I’ve always played with RL friends, getting guild invites to their current guilds, jumping ship when they change faction etc.
Been smashing BFA with a friend for the most part, we were in a decent alliance guild, then he transferred to Horde to play with a load of Mythic Raiders he knew, I followed, but it quickly became apparent they weren’t the guild for me.
He’s now about to become a Dad for the second time and can’t play a great deal so I find a lot of my time atm is spent pugging stuff out, which becomes rather assasnine after a while.
In terms of the type of guild I’m after I’m looking for a bunch of real down to earth nerds, who enjoy a good laugh whilst getting things done, but who also understand that life comes first. I’m 30 years old and work a shift based job where shifts can change at the last minute, so there are times I’ll be late to raids, or can’t make them entirely etc. I always endevour to let the guild know though.
In terms of content I’m down for anything and I’m always happy to help people out, but my aims moving into SL are to smash 15+ (Maybe higher, never got to 15+ yet - damn Pugs!) Hc raids for AoTC and I’d like to get some Arena / BG rating at some point, but that’s a pipe dream atm.
For the rest of BFA my only real goal is to meet some great people and just have fun, however that comes.
Incase class or role are important to you, I’ve got 7 120’s - War, Hunt, Dudu, DH, Monk, Rouge and pala most with decentish gear - Still trying to find that main for SL but will happily play anything atm to get to know some people.
