Hey, i cannot finish my Evoker campaign. i have the quest "The Dark Talons" left and i cant find the quest. This results in me not being able to access the Dungeon Journal

SHIFT + J Doesnt work and when i hover the Dungeon Journal it says that i have not unlocked it yet. I read on the forums that this happens when you leave the starter zone to early. How can i fix this? Support told me to reinstall UI but this is ONLY for my Evoker on all my other characters with the same UI i can use SHIFT + J.
