Could you do something about this? It has been reported a hundred times within the last year. Literally every doorway in HFC gets stuck in the upper area after killing bosses / trash and they won't unlock no matter what you do. Resetting the instance doesn't help either.
Customer Support doesn't handle bugs, nor do they collect or collate bug reports.
The only way to make a bug report is via the in-game reporting tool.
Click on the red Question Mark (?)
Select HELP
Then select Report a Bug from the menu on the left hand side.
Then fill in the details, and click submit.
You will not receive any feedback, or reply to your report, but all bug reports are glanced at before being filed.

This happens as a result of killing Xhul'horac too fast when combat starts and you don't give enough time for the "invisible" green fel wall to spawn that stops people entering or leaving the fight (it can take upto 5-7 seconds after entering combat with him).
As a result he dies, and the wall spawns locking ALL doors inside the zone that lock to prevent entering and leaving.
Fix: Don't kill him until the green fel wall spawns = no doors will be locked for you.
It's not fixed because this is an intentional part of the game. Technically, it's not a bug and working as intended.

That's literally the most BS statement you could come up with. It is a mechanic that bugs, nowhere in dungeon journal does it state you're not allowed to zerg the boss. Try not to sound smart and impersonate a Blizzard representative.
Some fights run off scripts that will break if you kill things in a way they're not intended to be killed. Even if it's a bug, chances are it won't be changed any time soon (because bugs are fixed in priority order) since it probably involves more work than most developers would deem is worth it. They'd need to find out what part of the script breaks it, and how to fix it without breaking other things.
No, I'm not Blizzard staff, but all Blizzard staff can ask you to do is to report it via the appropriate means. As it stands it's probably not intended to leave the doors locked, but it's also not something that was designed to be killed so fast. It's a recurring thing that has happened with other bosses in WoW.

Informing you is impersonation? Don't be sensitive and strung up. You literally just smacked yourself on the head with that reply.
That IS why the doors in that raid lock, and technically it isn't a bug, I don't care who says it is, it ISN'T.
It's designed for the doors to lock shortly after you enter combat, IF you kill the boss too soon it means the doors lock AFTER combat locking the zone down. THAT is an intentional feature designed within most raid zones to prevent certain abuses taking place.
But if you don't like taking orders, don't take mine for it - mods will move this thread from CS because it's not a CS issue. No one is trying to impersonate anyone, these are forums for ALL players to post on and to guide and/or help others.
It's not my problem you have issues.
EDIT: since we are now 120 and able to kill the boss very fast, it's highly likely they will hotfix this to make these walls not spawn for this level range.
