Hi! Something wrong is going with my enhancments i have unholy DK with 6% haste , 29% mastery and 11% critical strike m iLvl 448. i was 71-72 and as i levelling up something wrong gone with my enhancements now im 80 with these stats i mentioned and of course i wear plate armor.
The game is designed this way, the higher your level, the more of a stat you need for every 1%. I don’t know how you got to level 80 with barely any gear upgrades, but it’s time you get better gear.

The percentage is relatively to your lvl. If you will move your mouse to your stats you will see the phrase “against target at this level” or something like that. So yeah, when you are lvl 72 and have 4000 haste it’s a lot, but when you are lvl 80 its almost nothing.
