Hi there.need help from tech support

Hi. i got a problem with loggin on into the game. i have been away for 3 months in hospital due to illness. Came back last night.tried to log on and got error message. i can launch battle net app. its asks me to confirm code on my authenticator,which i do.but after i confirm code on my phone i get ‘cannot log on to battle net’ message and it directs e to this page https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/36432 i resetted my router but it didnt solve the issue.

They won;t deal with account related issues over the forums, and I will assume that the authenticator is considered account related. This is because they need to walk through account security first to make sure that you are the account owner before they can discuss the issues with you. That can’t be done via the forums.

So you will need to make a ticket, and speak with a GM.
