its still posible to get fire mage hidden artifact appearance? I farm 3 - 4 h and nothing. Need more? And if its posible, can i farm in moon guard? Need to farm with artifact weapon?

Yes, it is still possible to get the hidden appearance.
No, you do not have to have the artifact equipped to get it (I got the assassination rogue one with BFA weapons equipped)
I find it better to farm it in Surumar itself (the actual city, not just the zone)

It’s just really, really random. My main mage had to farm it for 6+ hours whereas the alt got it when doing a quest in Suramar first time ever.

i got it on my mage doing the daily where you protect whats-her-face’s boat on the river.
Its realy possible? xDDD im farming fcking 9 h…
Some people had it drop during their first day in Suramar, others, me included, completed the months long Suramar storyline without having it drop. Numerous world quests later, still nothing.
Then I decided to start farming it, got it in 2 hours. Rng be rng. Just keep killing elfs.
2nd day farming and nothing, rly terrible…
