Have tried for countless hours to make this Orc spawn to get the apperance but he dont seem to spawn, looked arround forums, youtube, wowhead etc and it seems to be bugged from what i can tell, have raised ticket about this and they say they have not gotten any reports about this, can anyone else confirm if they have gotten it since TWW release?
Getting tierd for spamming the same ability for hours if its bugged.
Somehow, yesterday I noticed that I had unlocked the transmog for this weapon, but only in the colored version, for killing 1000 players while having the basic color unlocked. It turns out to be a bug, because it never dropped for me. I accepted that it might be a bug and just started using something else. Also during TWW I tried to get it and spent some hours on it but it never dropped.
Idem, I’ve been farming this appearance for several months now and I can’t see it dropping
Both happy and sad to see you also having this problem, since it hopefully raises awarenes around the problem and get´s a fix soon!
Once you have got one headen appearance you can unlock all the form of the others via the demand, though for the basic headen appearance you do need to achieve it
Been taking a break since this bothered me so much, does anyone know if there have been any fix for this yet?
Heard someone talking about unlocking the blood DK and getting the Unholy for ¨free¨ not sure if anyone have tried this and it work?

I went into completing apocalypse skin 2 weeks ago and I was confuse because same as few reply in this tread, I already had the red one without unlocking the first hidden appearance, then I tried this macro that told me “true”, that was a big surprise, so I just went to ICC secret room and straight to [Suture] (https://www.wowhead.com/fr/npc=111093/suturé) who gave me the first hidden skin.

Have tried it multiple times to see if i acidentaly had summon the guy but still come back as negative.
Also did a loop arround ICC to confirm and nothing there aswell sadly.
