Your PvE Trinkets are useless, PvP Monk needs versality + mastery>haste in every slot

ah youâre right. i had Warmode on and it showed as 50% in oribos.
versatility is 140% only when offensive (trinket bonus) which is stupid imo, example, you have 36% versa with full duelist gear, you will always take 18% less damage, but if you have 2 pvp trinkets you will deal 50.4% more damage and (canât recall for sure) healing.
oh and yes, gear discrepancy is ludicrous this expansion. scaling is crazy soâŚyeahâŚ
without that you would player bringing raid trinkets in arena, which is bad
but they might just nerf the versality increase to make the game slower
i know, my entire comment is just to clarify that trinket bonus doesnt increase your defensive versatility, i am not objecting to it. i am saying it is stupid that it only increases damage, but not reduce damage taken. in any case, it is easy to nerf trinkets from pve in pvp (it is being done all the time)âŚ

If you have Versality/160%Versality increasing damage taken as much as its reduces it would just do its purpose : removing PvE Items from Arena
i think we are losing eachother here. i am not talking about the concept of how versatility works. i am just saying that if you are wielding 2 pvp trinkets (you have trinket bonus), only your offensive versatility bonus is increased. if you look at your char, your versatility doesnt change when you equip 2 pvp trinkets. that was the entire purpose of my comment, not to comment anything else
well that explains alot ( mistweaver vs physical damage)
that means an arms warrior can oneshott me with a 30% advantage although we have the same amount of vers
the more vers we have the more advantage he has because of defensive scaling lol
