Hide corruption effect on transmog

Greeting forums

I found a idea how to hide corruption on transmog ( the purple skin on armor) :

Why not creating a toy ( not useable in M+ and Arena) so we can have a “cleared armor” on our character ?

Like that toy is buyable to Mother with 500 Corrupted mementos.

Who’s up with me so we can get that toy  ?

Corruption actually doesn’t have enough effects. At higher levels it should add bubbling skin, tentacles, eyes and eventually these should be permanent.

If you put on the Irradiated Undercoat Shirt, from the Reclaimation Event in Mechagon, it’ll remove the corruption effect… but you’ll get a healthy green glow instead. :stuck_out_tongue:

I just end up cleansing pretty much all corruption on my alts now due to this graphic, I hate it so much

me too
Tho’ on my Void Elf cuould kill for some corruption to have, to be a proper void abomination…
Well, at least have N’lyeth… but the mean people always jumps on me to kill the poor little void elf… makes rp a bit hard

If you have between 20 and 40 corruption the effect doesn’t show. So you have to deal with the eye but get a nicer transmog.

I’d like a way to remove corruption from gear earlier…

As it stands I have alts with LOTS of corruption, only to find out I have to do a lot of quests to even get MOTHER to remove the corruption off them…

My poor Dark Iron Shaman is glowing red with corruption at this point.
The Eye of Corruption circle covers the area of a small house.
And the Thing From Beyond is a 100 meter dash sprinter.

Not true, my Priest is currently at 6 corruption and I still see void things moving on my face.

Yes, if you have less than 20 or more than 40, the effect shows, but between 20 and 40 the effect doesn’t show. Since 6 is less than 20, you will see the effect.
