Hide hunter pets outside of combat

I would really like an option to hide hunter pets outside of combat.
I get the fantasy about the loyal companion… but he keeps standing on everything I’m trying to click on.
This should certainly not be “new normal” - just give us a toggle.

You can dismiss your pets. That’s more than enough^^

If i had that i would propably main hunter.

All they would have to do is to make a toggle button same as worgen/dracthyr form style that when you enter combat pet runs for your help and people who like having pet constantly on their side can still have that.
