Hello. I found an addon called " Hide Realm Names" which… Hides the realm names on friendly players in the open world and group ui.
So instead of -
Joeblogs - Darkmoon Faire
you’ll just see -
Joeblogs
Thought I’d post here in case anyone might like that.
Why would you want to hide the realm names?
How am I supposed to avoid Kazzak players if I can’t recognize them! 
Because on merged realms the realm suffixes show up in default Blizz emotes such as /look or /nod, which looks vaguely immersion breaking. It’s a very neat addon for roleplayers.
