Hiding Vehicle UI?

When you enter a vehicle, or do a WQ as an NPC (like in the Tea Time quests) there is a special action bar that appears. Since it is obscuring things in my custom UI I was hoping there were a way to hide it.

I have Shadowd UF, Move Anything and Bartender, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to do what I want to do with the Vehicle Bar (disabling Vehicle Bar in Bartender only hides the little “get off” button for me.

I’m sorry if the answer is obvious, but I’m quite incompetent at these things.
