Get the silver covenant tabard. Go to the barber in shadowlands get the right skin tone and eye color. theres is your ‘‘Actual playable high elf’’ Just like the silver covenant.

Highelves are like silvercovenant, or other highelves within alliance, not void elves.

But what’s stopping you from roleplaying and appear as a high elf? You are identical to a high elf, You can play exactly as the high elf you want to be.
You can literally change your race tag in your TRP addon.
