I mean the game has no playable high elves because the blood elves are blood elves. They changed their name when Arthas attacked their city. They hate being called high elves. And sure why not share both hair colors and hairstyles between both races.

Being called blood elves still doesnt make them non high elves. Anyways im not going into that argument since i honestly dont care much about it.
I just think there are few other allied races that would need customization way more than voidies. Like nightborne…that race is just horrible looking.
What im afraid is that blizzard is gonna give in to alliance crying and give void elves quite a lot when other allied races that need it way more are left behind. That to me wont be fair at all. Let’s be honest so far the best customisations are going to alliance … humans nelfs and draenei are getting quite a bit compared to rest of us.

I don’t agree with that statement because Ion said something about subraces once and talked about high elves for the alliance then we got this. And they needed to make them high elves in the first place not blood elves like Alleria.

We got horrible allied races. And now we get something good? Srsly the horde has better racials better-allied races they asked for Minus the HM tauren and When are they not crying Like with the Bee mount?

I suppose we can agree to disagree on this part. I see more alliance whining lately and our racials arent better at least not anymore.
I am just trying to get both sides together and fight for the Customizations they want. If both blood elves and high elves get what they want what is there to hate?

Even if they are running around with blond hair i’ll still see their name being void elf. And again im just worried they will leave other allied races to the dust when they are giving too much to voidies.

I mean make the high elf fans happy first then you have the whole argument out of the window. Then focus on other allied races maybe even remodeling the nightborn model. And there are high elves at the rift who are joining their ranks.
Still doesnt make them high elves…anyways…im not going into this ridiculous high elf thing since you people dont seem to get it … and no thats being very selfish. You high elf fans shouldnt be the first to be happy, oh please let us get everything the rest can wait mentality is what i call very selfish.

Aha the entitlement is just oozing out of you because we are waiting for high elves for 15 years. You are just mad because 1 of you’re horde allied races did not get this treatment and blizz wants to make a group of people happy who wanted something resembling high elves for a long time.
I agree! Don’t take the negativity too seriously, because when it comes to these forums there is always someone who wants more than the other. I think you did great for requesting more stuff for both races.
For Void elves all I would like to see is two extra Hair colors:
- Allerian Blonde
- Black
The black would work for a high elf and a void elf looking Elf. I’m surprised for a Emo race they didn’t get any black hair. And the Allerian blonde can match Alleria’s hair color:
Blue Farstrider tattoos. Again like Alleria.
For Blood elves:
Dark ranger skin which gives red eyes. If that’s not possible, then give DK’s red eyes.
Red Farstrider tattoos.
Make the Tiara option available for all hairstyles

As i said in the other topic im not opposed to giving void elves the blonde hair so you guys can RP as high elves. What im worried about is that rest of us races core and allied wont get as much and since it was meantioned they arent going to be focusing on allied races as much i personally just would find it extremely rude if 1 allied race gets so much, and rest almost nothing. That would make many other players unhappy, only you Rpers would be happy. Now how is that fair?
So make all the elves look the same at least everyone is happy then.

They planned on giving Blood elves blue eyes for Shadowlands. Now let’s pretend they didn’t announce that void elves would get anything. How do you think the players would react to this announcement?
High elf fans who have even asking for them for 15 years, now see blue eyes given to blood elves which doesn’t make sense as majority of blue eyes elves are on the alliance. A few blood elves really have the blue eyes. But majority are on the alliance side.
So tell me wouldn’t this be a slap to the face?
Thats why they announced the void elf customizations early. So they can show that BOTH void elves and Blood elves can now Rp as a high elf.
But wait… do High elves have purple/blue hair? They don’t…
So Void elf fans simply asked for a few more hair colors. Even two would seal the deal.
Allerian blonde and black color.
The core races will still get more customization, NEW customization at that. as they are the main focus. Void elves will just get stuff that’s already in the game, so nothing new nothing interesting. I don’t understand the jealousy that blood elves have when they have much better customizations. even if a few hair colors are were added to void elves, blood elves will still be the cooler elves in terms of customization, and capital city.

And even if they get new things make it that the blood elves also get new things to make it fair or make it that a horde allied race will get new things.
If the new generation of void elves are the wayfarers and scholars we currently see in Telogrus, withholding the proper high/blood elven hair colours makes no sense at all. If this is meant to be a compromise to make us stop asking for high elves, withholding the proper high/blood elven hair colours makes no sense at all. It won’t work. All the shades, not just Allerian blonde and black, but the hues of reds and browns as well, would be needed to make sense, and to appease the high elven request. I’d also argue for the choice to visually change racial abilities.
As for hair styles, I’d love for the void/high elves to draw inspiration from the rest of the Alliance, and especially dwarfs, humans, and more than any - the nigh elves.
Meanwhile, I think blood elves could allow their hair styles to draw inspiration from the Nightborne. Similarly, they could get access to Nightborne style jewellery.
I mean Hair colors do make sense you see the high elves, in the rift with normal hair colors and yes ‘‘As for hairstyles, I’d love for the void/high elves to draw inspiration from the rest of the Alliance, and especially dwarfs, humans, and more than any - the nigh elves.’’ I can see that happening. But also a mix of human and blood elf hair styles can work.

Oh god, this discussion is so tired. The obvious thing to campaign for from the horde side is to ask for more things for the nightborne. You know… For the OTHER copy of an existing race on another faction? Or does horde conveniently forget about that? Honestly, horde got suramar and all they do is whine about two skin colors being added to the void elfs.
And if your answer is going to be “but but…nightborne suck!”, that is exactly my point. Go ask for more faces and hair for your nightborne. People like to forget that it wasn’t just blood elves who were copied over the faction barrier.
I mean sure You can also give Nightborne new costums but my reasoning was just to make both sides happy.
I was mostly talking to horde players being annoyed by void elves existing, but conveniently forgetting about the existence of the Nightborne, the OTHER elf copy paste. “OH no, the blood elf players are/will be so hurt by it!” and I’m like… * looks into the camera as if I’m on The Office *
