I’m organizing a group to push bleeding edge M+ keys. Goal is to compete in the upcoming MDI tournament for TWW S1. Here are the requirements to apply:

  • Exceptional knowledge of your class/spec (I will only consider people who have any of the following)

    1. Is already an established player inside the high-end M+ community.
2. Has achieved rankings in any of the MDI tournaments in the last 2 expansions.
3. Is or has been in any of the top 30 Hall of Fame guilds in the last 2 expansions

If you do not possess any of the aforementioned requirements, please do not apply.

  • A minimum of 10 hours a day to practice and at least a few hours (2-3) for consulting, planning, etc.
    Anything less than this is non-negotiable. Note that it is amenable to have more than previously mentioned, that is just the bear minimum to even have your application be read.

  • Excellent understanding of the English language. Ability to write, speak and understand it without issue

  • Ability to stream on twitch for the purpose of VOD reviewing and things of such nature

  • Financial stability such that you are able to, when deemed necessary, swap races or boost classes
    I will be organizing a financial district within the organization to help out with this to a certain degree, but it is important that you are self-sufficient should the situation call for it

  • Superb capability of reading and using logs as well as other tools including addons and such

  • Ability to play a minimum of 3 classes and all of their specs (within the respective role, of course) at the highest level and the ability to quickly pick up new classes if deemed necessary
    We would not ask you to be able to play healer at a high level if you are a dps player, but it would be preferred if you were able to perform decently on all specs of any given class of your choosing.

  • Team-oriented mentality
    Meaning the usual “no arguing over gear, logs, mechanics, yadda, yadda”

  • Exceptionally good understanding of the “Weak Auras” addon
    Meaning, we expect you to know how to use and modify Weak Auras on the fly.

Finally, if accepted, you will be signing a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the purposes of keeping tactics and strategies, addon usages and such strictly within the organization circle until such a time as when we see it no longer necessary.

Additionally, we are also looking for a Weak Aura writer. Someone who would work closely with the players and write Weak Auras for the team. Here are the requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-6 hours a day to consult with team leader and individual players
    Anything less than this is non-negotiable. Note that it is amenable to have more than previously mentioned, that is just the bear minimum to even have your application be read.

  • Expert knowledge of the Weak Aura addon
    Ability to read and write code necessary for the creation of advanced Weak Auras

  • Be on call at any time of the day during tournament periods
    In the event of sickness or other unavoidable or unpredictable matters, we expect you to have found an appropriate substitute and have had them submit their own application to us.

As previously mentioned, if accepted, you will also be signing a NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) for the purposes of keeping tactics and strategies, addon usages and such strictly within the organization circle until such a time as when we see it no longer necessary.

looking for a nutjob that takes this game way too serious and does not have any life outside of wow whatsoever

but anyways as it is mostly a troll topic, but if its not, to compete successfully in mdi as a brand new team within 6 month or however long till the next mdi is highly unlikely as synergy would be still missing.

If you are actually serious you would be better off trying to find a team on the raider io associated discord server

It ranks people by their score so nobody can dupe anyone else about their capability. They also have roles for looking for teams.

what’s the difference between someone playing 10 hours a day to push for MDI quals and someone who spent last 20 years on farming mounts, transmogs and achievements? lol

That site can be a bit of a pain sometimes. but works when you sign up and manage you alts.

It varies how much someone has looked you up. Last year if I looked myself up it only listed two alts. Now it has found 13. So 13 people looked up those characters to see if it was me :laughing:

Do you opt out of your blizz data being shared by third party sites?
