Just curious to find out if paid boosts and carries have suffered with the addition of the void emissaries that require heavy healing/dps. Seems to me if carried DPS is not able to meet the damage threshold the group can wipe.
Thoughts?
3 chesting a 10 is trivial. If we can alreasy do that its going to be a joke when we get more gear next reset

I’ve seen very few people actually complete >10 in time me to be honest. Have you guys done it regularly? I usually respect your opinion but this one I find hard to believe to be frank. Checked Draenor leaderboards and there’s not many keys cleared in time.
OTOH I do agree that starting next reset things are going to get way easier. Top geared players will get 10-15 more ilvl points and that’s going to seriously affect keys. Also Void Emissary getting nerfed (why?) next week.

3+ a 10 in S2 and S3 is vastly different.
It’s honestly not that hard, me and my guild were ever so slightly over time on an Underrot 11, and we had a tank from group finder and we went in not fully understanding the emissaries and with no practice.
Boost groups are performed by players who live and breathe mythic+. I don’t doubt for a second that they won’t have any issues in boosting people through a 10.
I have made the timer on a run and gone over time on a couple with pugs. So yes, it’s doable and I know gear inflation will doubtless make it way easier very soon. As in within the next lockout. But until next lockout I’ve seen very few people meet timers AT ALL which is why I dispute de idea that selling runs to a dummy have happened already.
Because again, you forget that these people eat breathe and crap mythic+.
It’s a non issue, really. Starting Thursday I don’t doubt for a second people will sell runs. Just like many will look at 15s or higher as a normal achievable goal.
This week very few people have made any keys over 10 within the time limit. In a full group.
But next week for sure. The emissaries are laughable so why not, really.
The issue is you’re thinking it’s the average joe selling +10s right now and it’s not.
It’s the people that love to push keys to a crazy level, doing a 10 in timer for them right now isn’t an issue and it never will be
Yeah I mean when you get used to +17 to +20 runs, doing a +10 feels like a stomp. No doubt season 3 +10 will be rougher than before, but still very much doable.

i assume both gold price increase and surge of demand.
for example there is again a tank scarsity on my realm, few guilds spam LF new tank, pls join us. Cause all casual heroic wipe squads can’t find a cheap fool to carry them in m+ for gearing.
But in two months it will be a faceroll phase again, cause you don’t need any strats if you can nuke void touched in the middle of the pack before 1st cast. And the price will drop.
same goes for mechagon, I was lucky enough to find both skilled and chill players for my runs, but I assume first week was a disaster for benthic players. based on the forum reading.
instead of catering to asmongold vision of the game, devs should make accessible version of the dungeons and give in game incentives for tanks and healer to guide the benthic players.
recent change to void-ladies made it easily doable unless they’re in a really bad spot.
you got few options
- zerg and melt voidlady with its pack
- bait pack and los while you deal with pack and ignore voidlady
main issue rn is learning routes, to manage CDs better but other than that, its all easly doable.
guildie timed +16 boost run so I can imagine physically 10 should be a piece of cake
Bet you’re loosing your mind over the various new ladies in the dungeons Buka ;).
But no, boosts will still happen and will be inflated initially due to new ilvl cap and such. Will level out once strats are understood and routes are there for every eventuality

I think we did possibly 6 keys. Ur 10 we 3 chested with mains. All the other 10’s we 2 chested on alts and a 12 we 2 chested on mains. Im on my phone at work so cant link the actual runs but can do later.
