i broke my all time record and had 11k ping yday (20th nov) which got broken today by a 15k ping (21th nov). isp is vodafone

same here. me and 3 of my IRL friends have same issues. I had to buy VPN yesterday to go raiding. made a ticket and they told me to turn off addons… your support SUCKS
Did the VPN solve the issue?
Also having 100+ latency usually closer to peak hours. Probably servers overload…
Same here. Atrocious latency to any action. I’ve noticed it’s particularly bad consistently in and around Blasted Lands, where it’ll be something like 4-8 seconds of normal latency followed by a sudden shift to 5+ seconds of latency for half a minute or more.

Same happening with me. Wrote 3 tickets. First 2 reply’s were the normal check your internet, check forums etc. I then wrote that there were loads of people having the same issues on the forums, why are Blizzard not monitoring it and answering their issues or at least acknowledging that there is an issue on their end?
I asked about a refund as i don’t agree with paying for something i cant play, but no chance there. I know that you will have problems now and then with games but im starting to get really fed up with this. What else can we do?
I am so tired of this BS. I forked out a shipload to get a VPN and it worked initially but now it makes no difference whatsoever. I’ve tried various servers across Europe and nothing helps. The game is unplayable during peak times at night. The only thing Blizz understands is the bottom line and the only way people can get their message across is by cancelling their subs.
