High MS in combat

Hi there,

For a couple of months now I started having high ping during daytime, but at night, or around after 7 PM GMT it doesn’t lag at all.

This high ms only shows up during combat inside of raids or any type of instance (arena, bg, etc), I can also type in the chat and the message goes through without any delay.

I’ve bought a new router, reinstalled the game, OS, but nothing seems to help with this issue…I’d also like to point out that this issue is only present in WoW, no other games.

welcome to the club my friend. loads of us suffering for ages with this issue and 0 fixes from Blizz. sorry to be a downer but just get used to it for now. I’m playing with regular spikes of 5k ms which is really ruining my enjoyment of the game.

If you are still having the issues, can you head on over to this thread and post your WinMTR results. It would be helpful as based on your description, you seem to be affected by an issue we are monitoring.
