High MS Problem (Good connection beside Wow)

Hey All,

Tonight I have a huge ms problems. Yesterday I was playing normal and today after coming from work, I open Wow and logged in and ms problem popped up.
I tried to solve via modem close open method.
Normally I could solve with this method (I was facing very rarely) but currentlyI can’t solve it. It jumps to high numbers after few seconds.
My connection is pretty good beside Wow.
I tested playing Wow with VPN. It is surprisingly pretty stable.
But if I close VPN, ms jumps from 28 to 18k 8k something stupidly high.
I need your help because I don’t want to play with VPN especially in Hardcore.
How can I solve this? What could be reason?
I tried flush DNS too. CMD tracert also seems very normal. Also restarted pc few times.
These are all methods I know but they are not working for me unfortunately.
I hope someone can understand the issue behind.

Bump. Had a similar issue in December - April, fixed itself in April when the portugese Thread on the issue reported that it was something on Blizzard’s end and they were slow to respond to the issue. Still get high latency these days (not abyssmally high, but latency randomly quadrupling, even if the base latency was low to begin with, is still an issue).

Make sure to Screenshot and Link or better yet format results of your CMD tracert into the Post. Your Internet Service Provider, location and type of connection (LAN/WIFI/Hybrid) also tend to be things Blizzard asks that you provide.
