Are we just gonna ignore the post of high ms? I been dealing with this ever since i got hom from work… And seeing the concerning reports of tickets just getting closed and this been going on for months for other players??? How will this now effect people starting to experience this as well or will they also be ignored? I sitting here with 4k ms spoke with my ISP already did bunch of checks and my download and upload everything is stable but ofc your servers are not so please dont respond with “contact your ISP”

They gave up already on answering to us. U have two options, stop paying for subscription, uninstall the game and pray that next expansion someone more capable comes in charge of Blizzard and fixes the CS + Tech team. Currently on this tech forum its only 1 moderator who probably will ignore or delete the post depends on the issue.
99% of the connection issue posts will be ignored by them. Don’t bother to rely on the them, you will receive no help, like rest of us. They will close the tickets, don’t bother to explain much since no human is reading the ticket, its an AI system, they fired way too many people there.
Second option is to purchase a VPN, i suggest Exitlag. Its gonna fix the issue but its gonna cost you extra.
This honestly sucks really… Can’t do anything and the fact that i see so many people complaining about it and not being responded to just shows the lack of support we get here. Guess ill end my sub then and wait for War Within
