Hello! I have been fishing a lot recently and it seems the Highmountain Racial Waste Not, Want Not which gives you a chance to get extra meat and fish is not working for fishing (did not test for meat)
After 300 fishes I have not yet found a single extra fish popping up or looting. Might not work correctly
