I started a Highmountain Tauren but it is much slower than for example my vulpera. Why is it so? If I play same class tauren is muuch slower!
Do you mean the way it walks? Might be an impression due to the fact they are big? A race with small legs will look like they run to cover the same distance as a tauren. Not 100% sure this is accurate x)

Yes I noticed Tauren walks slower than Vulpera
smaller characters need to move their legs more often to travel the same distance as taller models with longer leg strides, same movement speed, just different animation cycle speed

Hmm maybe they should buff Tauren speed so it doesnt feel so slow
I noticed this with Tauren way back, but they do move at the same pace, its just the size differential making it appear slower. Used to have a video of a walking race and both stayed level.

Every race moves at the same speed by default(Dark Iron have speed bonus indoors). It is a game mechanic so no race would have a clear advantage for moving. This makes bigger characters to appear to move slower and smaller character to appear to move faster. This is only an illsuion caused by your perception. Smaller characters just are able to cover a distance equal to their height much faster than Bigger ones becasue that distance would be shorter if they move with the same speed. Just thinik how many steps a gnome has to make to cover the same distance that is a one step for a Tauren.
