I was in the Hillsbrad Yeti Cave earlier today and I can confirm that it is an absolute hotbed of PvP activity. I can further confirm that you are correct that the Horde are dominating ownership of the cave at this present moment. Honestly approaching the yeti cave right now is more dangerous than a tour of Helmand Province.
Alliance was easily outnumbered 1:5 and I was repeatedly ganked by hit squad of Horde, mostly from Spanish guilds. Honestly it was such a miserable experience that I don’t think i’ll ever go back to the Yeti cave, in fact I wouldn’t mind if the entirety of Hillsbrad Foothills was nuked from orbit.

you do nkow you dont need the yeti’s in the cave the 1’s up on the snow drop the fur too 
They know, there are just 50 horde up there too…
