Does the bag contain 1260 dollars?

I didn’t even see the bag. Where does it drop? Last boss?

Yeah last boss drops like 5-6 items now.

The bag is a daily with 3 conquest badges, but only 1 person in the group can get it per run, so you’re competing over the daily. Just give it to everyone who completes the dungeon.

So that’s how it works? Wow seriously? It only drops from current daily? Bravo Blizz way to freaking drop the ball on this one.

Yeah, Blizzard again making sure people ONLY ever do daily hc, and then making it a toxic drop prone to hard reserving. Plus overtuned, annoying trash abilities. Bravo. I did not think they can make 5man meta worse than it already was, yet they somehow manage.

Well, I suppose it just encourages people to activate H+ for the daily rather than plowing through and grabbing your usual two conquest on Vanilla H daily. Imo it would have been better to just give everybody 1 extra conquest each than to roll out 3.

The problem with H+ is that 100% increased health makes it way too high to be worth doing for the people that actually need the loot from there. The extra damage and “affix” is fine, but the massive health pool just makes them take too long. Should’ve been +30% damage and +40% health imo

Gundrak and Eck say hello. You have 90 seconds to kill the thing, its channeled attack roots it in place and blood CAN and will spawn under it at least once when it does that and if it even so much as nicks your tank you just straight up fail.

I only did DTK (same affix) and noticed that each and every mob used their pool once. Dredd was an annoying encounter since each raptor it called also used their pool.

Still, I stand by my statement.

Sadly it doesn’t seem like it. The blood seems to be on internal cooldown since my guild’s party (average GS around 3.5k) fought the Mammoth guy for 7 minutes straight and he did spawn blood periodically. Eck itself does that multiple times as well (we observed 3 times as we did manage to survive some time into the enrage state). Trash just dies before they can spawn more.

Ok just read the Hotfix section and oh my freaking god it’s hilarious. Apparently there being only a single bag was an oversight on their part and it was always intended to be one per party member just like Heroic Daily Item.

Well, that’s one problem sorted at least.

Doesn’t really change the fact that they’re overtuned for the groups that they’re intended for and not worth repeating for the groups that can effectively run them, but one problem at a time I guess.

Indeed. Though I honestly doubt it was “accidental oversight” considering their official announcement went as far as to specify it’s something only one out of five players will get. Sounds like more of the case of extreme backlash caused them to change it.

Just run away from the boss when he does that, he will never heal

Yeah I have been doing them as intended, ie for catch up gear, and I have to say its tough to find groups. People want 4.2k GS.

I have managed to heal 2 just fine though, so again I think the GS is just being annoying.

Healing gear shouldn’t matter to much as there’s only a 30% increase on damage from Vanilla HC’s. But 100% increase on health (giving bosses almost 1m each) as well as extra mechanics does tend to make them quite the DPS check.

DTK and Gundrak’s mechanics make mobs heal, my group basically had to kill Dredd 2.5 times because each raptor he summoned used a pool and jumped Dredd’s lifesteal up to 500%. It took my 4.2 - 4.5k GS team nearly 4 minutes to kill Dredd; I don’t even want to think about how long it’d take a group of entry level players.

We tried everything honestly. Running away, stacking together to mitigate damage loss from it’s pounce, ultimately we always lacked the damage or worse slipped up and let it heal even slightly which made it impossible to clear the fight before Berserk kicked in. That’s a main problem Eck is DPS check and since our party was rather suboptimal (Prot Warrior, Ench Shaman, Holy Paladin, Ret Paladin and Fire Mage) with roughly 3.5-3.6k GS (so mostly HC with some occasionally better stuff) we just weren’t procuring enough damage.

Did it in a 4k gs group and we wiped 3 times before we downed him, he is really anoying yes
