I am really glad that HM tauren moonkins were given antlers. Might reconsider playing one. However, there appear to be two color pallets for it: the one used by regular tauren, and one with a darker brown body skin, and a white upper body. Of these two, I prefer the regular one, but my HM moonkin has the ‘white’ pallet. I tried many variations of face, horn, facial hair and colors of. Also made a new female HM tauren, but every time, the moonkin form stayed white.
Does anyone know which color pallet is triggered by what?
First thing, for tauren and HM tauren only skin color affects druid forms. And Moonkin form doesn’t change for any race other than Kul Tiran. Trust me, I checked every color while making a druid guide. The reason Blizzard chose those colors is because they resemeble an eagle, quite an important bird in HM traditions.
The only way to trigger other colors would be to use some model changing software that comes with a risk of a ban.
