Hi my heart of azeroth level seems to Have been reduced by 2 lvls on all my characters. Is this right and I just missed the hotfix or is it a bug?

Your HoA get reduced level cuz u ignore magni and made fun of him on forums, yes he is annoying but he has feelings too, just wait till u wont be able to use your essences because of that.
