Hello. Does anyone know if there’s a script or setting that I’ve missed that disables this function? Only recently noticed this issue with my new keyboard.

Try using /console ActionButtonUseKeyDown 1 to activate abilities when pressing the key.
Use /console ActionButtonUseKeyDown 0 to turn it off again (Abilities will activate on releasing the key).
