HOLY PALADIN NEW TIER and Quality of life changes

Is this tier set is real? Why it force to use an optional talent… Its goes against the whole talent system which there to let players make their own build. If you want to make something cool for Holy paladin just forget talents.
Some advice to help holy set:
Option1:Holy shock should reduce the wings cd.
Option2:Holy Shock got 50%extra crit value like back in legion.
Option3:Holy shock crit heal increase your next spender healing.
Option4: IF you realy want to force talent into it than healing abilities crit has a chance to proc Ligths Hammer under the target for x second.

Other quality of life changes:
Glimmer is nerfed already so what the point to have target cap? Just remove it.
Increase the amount of target Ligths of down can heal.(1-2 more)
Reorganise the spec tree and separate caster build from meele build somehow.
Blessing of winter rework was a nerf for m+ paladin.
Aura of Sacrifice was one of my big favorite(legion versio)

For standard paladin tree why we dont have blessings as an optional choose? You can pick one from the 3 (migth,wisdom,kings).

Aura Mastery is so fcking boring to play with dmg reduction. This Aura of Mastery means more for me than boring dmg reduction. What if we have an extra effect for exted the blessing which is currently not on cd to 4-5 people for the durotation for aura mastery or something like this. Seriusly you master aura for extra 7% dmg reduction. I know its mean lot in progression but boring to play.

I feel like with that many healer which can prehot preramp anything our healing value is realy low. More likely we are there for the aura…

Sorry I absolutly dont know anything about holy pala pvp part in DF.

What do you think guys what would be the correct set bonus for 10.1 or later?

For PvP:
The 2 Piece is okayish, 15% more Crit Heal is 15% more Crit Heal.

The 4 Piece combined with Prism ( a Talent barly anyone plays atm) could be a nice instant Burst Heal every few sec, but the Mana costs are kinde high.

For M+:
2s is really welcome, it’s around a flat 10% Healing Buff for Holy Shock (when looking at roughly 70% Crit Chance for Shocks atm). CDR on Prism/Hammer is decent.

4p could potentially buff paladins lacking of sustained AE Healing in Dungeons.
Don’t get me wrong, AE Beacon into Divine Toll will top the Group every time, but for upcoming bosses like Deios (Uldaman), Wratheye (Brackenhide) or Abomination (Underrot) it could fill the dead gap between 2 AE Beacons.
