Blizzard please make the extra healing from flash heal and heal from our new tier set coming in tww be seperated from the actual heal and flash heal ability in details addon so we can how much healing it is doing for us. So basically make the extra healing from the tier set a “seperate” spell
I was under the impression Blizz wanted to move away from over healing.
The only thing this tier set does is feed into that
Why not have it so a percentage of over healing gives an absorb shield (with a cap)
