Holy Priest vs Resto Druid - My comparison

Hello, just here to say that healer balance is completly off the hooks, and the perception of it is even way more biased.

Holy Prest: almost 390 ilvl, struggle to find +10 or more groups. Do about 5/6k dps if i try. No problems healing. 1300k m+ score

Resto druid: 365 ilvl, no joke, is automaticly invited for +9 on first tru to join a group, does about 8/12 k dps without even trying, without even pressing natures vigil, dps trinket, letting dots fall off etc, no problems with healing. 200 m+ score

This is just an example of the healing balance. I don’t understand why they just dont buff C and F tier healers at ealst their damage by like 20% overall

Druids are god/goddess’s, there skills are far beyond mortal players. The Druid player was most likely answering the phone and typing on the forums while playing. Or browsing the leveling music thread or watching cat videos on youtube.

True, i dont want druid enrfed tho, after 10+ years of maining one i thought i was done with it in BFA and shadowlands but they are way more fun now. Just want other healkers with same numbers balance.

I think it’s more about finding where the poorer specs are falling down. Also comparing druid to Holy priest isn’t really a fair comparisson as Holy is a reactive healer and druid is proactive so they work differently from each other.

It would likely be more beneficial to look at the other reactive healers like Shaman or Palas (they both seem to be struggling too) and find out why that is happening before a buff can be applied.

With that being said though, it’s nice to see Holy priest will be getting a buff soon.

It’s an example of player bias, not balance. People think they can’t time a +10 without the current meta specs (when most of the people who think that can’t time it WITH the current meta specs).

Not disputing that rdruid is very strong currently, but the difference is nowhere near as big as the player community makes it out to be.

Thats the difference currently, and its not even to say that a priest can’t do the higher keys, just that people gravitate to the strongest spec (druid) - so even if its 1% better than a priest it’ll get used by pushers.

I’ve had the same in the past. In BFA I had a 3k score mistweaver that people wouldn’t invite to keys I’d consider trivial. I logged onto my balance druid for lols that I’d never healed on at the time and got an instant invite. Thats just people being stupid and doesn’t represent “bad balance”

Same Paladin vs rDruid. If you open wacraftlogs top 100 in raids, 80 percent is druid and evoker and then rest of world. And now i open nerfs and buffs and my eye explode, rDruid buff. Realy ? :zipper_mouth_face:

How are the shamans?
between druid and shaman, which is easier to use
