Holy Shock macro

Hi friends
Im trying to create a holy shock macro that can make the following.

  1. Heal mouse over targte
  2. Heal selected target
  3. If selected target is enemy, heal my self.
    So in summary, I want this to be a only friendly target macro, and not cast the holy shock on enemy target.
