I am still not quite sure. I lean somewhere between anarcho-communism and marxism, I think both systems have advantages. It’s a nuanced thing.

To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Augustforge. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical physics most of the jokes will go over a typical viewer’s head. There’s also Augustforge’s nihilistic outlook, which is deftly woven into his characterisation- his personal philosophy draws heavily from Incel Incelious literature, for instance. The fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these jokes, to realise that they’re not just funny- they say something deep about LIFE. As a consequence people who dislike Augustforge truly ARE idiots- of course they wouldn’t appreciate, for instance, the humour in Augustforge’s existential catchphrase “Leftwaffle,” which itself is a cryptic reference to Turgenev’s Russian epic Fathers and Sons. I’m smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion as Augustforge’s genius wit unfolds itself on their computer screens. What fools… how I pity them. 
And yes, by the way, i DO have a Augustforge tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It’s for the ladies’ eyes only- and even then they have to demonstrate that they’re within 5 IQ points of my own (preferably lower) beforehand. Nothin personnel kid

I’ve every rarely seen it, mostly from people who aren’t very imaginative when playing Church people and just transplant Christian bigotry to the Holy Light like that makes any sense.
The other kind of homophobia I’ve seen has been from the “very serious” Night Elf roleplayers, who overreact to Night Elf lesbians by getting very vocal about it both IC and OOC.
As I mentioned in my first post, I think this is a somewhat flawed perspective.
People don’t hate LGBT people for no reason at all, they hate them because they’ve been taught that being LGBT is somehow wrong and accepted that as true.
I’ve yet to see a single canonical source of any kind of in-universe homophobia, or any cultural or doctrinal reasons to support it. Homophobia is an irrational belief, so it needs a reason for someone to believe it in the first place - it’s not subjective like having a favorite color.

It doesn’t come about from no reason at all, and certainly not any good reason, but clearly it doesn’t come about purely from being taught, else it would have never come about in the first place.
I also don’t think because Blizzard have never addressed these themes that there is no plausible way that a character could hold these beliefs.
