The event dont seems to end as it should. Efter the Yeti runs of the event stops and and no one is able to loot any.
Is this a bug?

Sounds like it works as intended. The event has a 5 min timer and after that any mob will stop and run away. (This is why you want a large raid ready before you start, the more dps you have the better rewards). There is also a loot lockout on the event, it seems to be by the hour so if you get loot 10.05 you can get loot again after 11.00.

it would be nice if they simply added a debuff to track it, just like they did for Battle for Nazjatar. So you know, when it expires… It’s not like there isn’t code/mechanics in game to track that sort of thing.
Regarding the timer for the event - would nice to have a visual (to see how much time is left). Maybe some addon could track it - hope they will add that to DBM

The loot lockout always reset on the hour marker, it doesn’t matter if you get loot 10.05, 10.23 or 10.58, it will reset at 11.00 = You can technically get loot from the event 24 times in a day If you are eligible for loot your minimap will show a huge star/loot cache at the event location.
I agree with the timer feature. You could do a /timer 300 though and I think there is a Honeyback Harvester Timer with weakaura (I haven’t tried it personally) - but I guess it doesn’t help much if you show up in the middle of the event.
