Is the honor box thing gone? Trying to gear one of my alts. But cant see to find it…

Yes blizzard removed for any reason the account-wide honor medal thingy that you were able to buy for 2500 honor and awarded 1500 to the character which used it.
Only the conquest boxes are still there which require 1400 rating in any bracket. 
I think honor was warbound at some point. So they removed the item lol.
Then decided honor wasn’t warbound but as usual forgot to add the item back

just to clearify, only to buy the rating is needed. to open them on alts the only requirement is to be lvl 70.

Honor Point Transfer most likely comes back in TWW Season 1.
you lose 20% of the honor you transfer.
