Honor isn’t really a pro gamer index. People could do PvE world quests rewarding honor in Legion. And then Legion honor was calculated into BFA honor and they got very high levels. Like 250 maybe.
Your honor level may show as you being honor level 125, but then you could be playing on an alt that you have zero experience of playing so honor level isn’t the best yardstick.
So you want triple the queue times? I know, it’s not a problem at alliance side, but Horde already afking 7-10mins before each bg… want a fair matchmaking? go rated
Also what would do the 600+ honor level players? (Since alliance have honor buff, i already saw 900+ honor levels in alliance) Should they just play with themselves?
I’ve seen Horde players of level 700 and higher, and I’ve questioned their logic of how they assess the situation depending in the battleground, some are literally complete… noobs.
if you wanna know how i done that
was draenor ashran
i think when max cap was prestiege 25 honor level 50
and you queue to win for hours in same ashran(it really felt like those old school vanila avs ) play long as you like leave when you are finished log other char queue wait a little enter same group win for hours
or simply finish the 1k honor quests in wintergrasp on each char when you win+ if you are wmode on dont turn the 1k honor quest until in one shadowlands zone for easy tour of duty achievement
Honor level means = “I have wasted a lot of my life in useless BGs”.
That’s ALL it means.
I get stunganked constantly although my honor level is higher than some newbie’s honor level would be. It doesn’t give me gear, it doesn’t give me faster reflexes, it doesn’t spare me from monks that stun me twice in a row and then just punch me quickly to death without me being able to do anything.
It’s a really bad indicator of power, and since skill doesn’t matter, a better indicator would be ‘gear’ or ‘HP amount’. Make sure each team have:
Equal amount of players
Equal amount of healers
Equal amount of HP (as well as possible)
This would go a MUCH longer way to equalizing BGs than anything to do with honor level.
No honour is experience and how much the player has played PVP in a lifetime.
If you have honour 300+ vs honour 5 that’s idiotic and shows obviously the former has more PVP knowledge.
This is not my first account, if I added up the honour levels I would have accrued if I added the actual games played across accounts over 15-16 years, I’d literally be on several hundred honour level. Yet here I am, lvl 29.
